I would like the ability to control which statuses guests can create tasks and subtasks in, based on what they’re allowed to see. This would ideally be managed through custom roles and permissions.
For example, I have the following statuses in my workflow:
I want to hide the “SEO Tasks” and “Web Design Tasks” statuses from clients (guests), so they only see:
Additionally, I’d like to ensure that guests can only create tasks and subtasks within these visible statuses. They should not be able to create tasks in any status they don’t have access to.
This feature would make it easier to maintain a clean and focused view for clients while keeping internal workflows private.
