Add "document" feature so you can write quick letters and save them. I think it would be helpful. It doesn't have to be fancy. As long as you can do the basics.

It would be good if we could automatically do some things when a task is created via email. Example: If you want to add a tag to the email such as High Priority you can do that by using a hashtag: #High marks the task HI (...)

Is there any way to have nested subtasks in subtasks? We need descriptions and attachments in this sublevel. For some things checklist may not be enough.

When I delete a task or project is it premanently deleted.  Is there an archive there they can be found? Wolud be great to be able to go back and see details and notes in older projects.
